Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within a 10km aerial radius from our store, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

I live in Sydney metro but outside of the 10km radius, will you still take my order?

Absolutely, you can either email or call us to place your order and we can advise our next delivery run to your area.

Can you deliver to a PO Box or business address?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box due to the nature of our products. However, we can deliver to a business address. Just keep in mind that most items will require refrigeration upon delivery, so please make sure there is a suitable storage facility available.

How do you pack my order to ensure freshness?

We take packing orders very seriously to ensure your products arrive to you in the exact condition they left our store. We use commercial-grade boxes with thermal insulation liners to create the optimal temperature during transport. Sometimes, if we feel it's necessary due to extreme hot weather, we'll even include ice bricks to keep your order cool.

We use cryovac machines to pack some of our products to ensure maximum freshness.

Do I need to refrigerate my order as soon as it arrives?

Absolutely! Our products are fresh and perishable, so it's important to refrigerate them as soon as they arrive. This will help maintain their quality and ensure they stay delicious for longer. So, don't delay, pop them in the fridge and start planning your next mouthwatering meal!

How much is shipping?

    For orders that fall within the 10km radius, shipping costs are as follows:

    • Orders under $109: $10 shipping
    • Orders $110 and over: Free shipping

    We strive to provide you with the best value for your money, so take advantage of free shipping by reaching the minimum order amount!

    Shipping fees will be discussed with you via email or phone if you are placing an order for Sydney metro delivery.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on your package's journey and eagerly anticipate its arrival. It's like a virtual treasure hunt, but with delicious meat instead of gold!

    What if there's an issue with my order?

    We're here to make things right! If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item to assess the issue. We'll work with you to find a resolution and ensure you're satisfied with your Walker Meats experience.

    Can I return my order?

    Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
